Refund Policy

GIGACHAD LLC ("GIGACHAD", "we", "us") sells digital subscriptions and one-time in-app credits. Because all purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds are handled primarily by those platforms under their own policies. This page explains how to request a refund and what statutory rights you may have.
1. Subscriptions (Pro tier)
Pro subscriptions are billed by Apple (on iOS) or Google (on Android) — GIGACHAD never charges your card directly and never sees your card number. Refund requests for subscription charges must be made through the store that billed you:
- Apple App Store: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com, or via Settings → your name → Media & Purchases → Purchase History.
- Google Play: request a refund at play.google.com/store/account, or through the Google Play app → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & order history.
Apple and Google apply their own eligibility windows and criteria. We do not control whether a store grants a given refund, but we will reasonably assist with a documented store dispute on request.
2. In-app credits
Consumable "credits" (used for features such as form-check reviews and AI body-fat estimates) are non-refundable once purchased, except where a refund is required by applicable law. A credit is treated as consumed when the associated feature has been used (for example, when a form-check or body-fat submission has been processed). Unused credits remain on your account and do not expire while your account is active.
3. UK and EU statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you have a statutory right to cancel a purchase of digital content within 14 days (the "cooling-off period") under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Important exception: by starting to use digital content (for example, beginning a Pro subscription benefit or consuming a credit) during that 14-day period, you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for the portion consumed, to the extent permitted by law. Where the right of withdrawal still applies, contact us and we will coordinate the refund with the relevant store. Nothing in this policy limits your non-waivable statutory consumer rights.
4. Trainer relationships
Personal trainers operate on GIGACHAD as independent contractors and settle any coaching fees with their athletes off-platform. GIGACHAD does not process, hold, or refund payments between trainers and athletes. Any refund of a trainer's coaching fee is solely between the trainer and the athlete.
