Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: May 28, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes the conduct and content rules for everyone who uses the GIGACHAD service operated by GIGACHAD LLC ("GIGACHAD", "we", "us"). It supplements our Terms of Service, EULA, Trainer Terms, and Privacy Policy. By using GIGACHAD, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in account suspension or termination, removal of content, and, where required, referral to law enforcement.
1. Purpose and scope
The AUP applies to all interactions on GIGACHAD: account creation and profile content; workout and food-diary entries; progress photos and body-fat estimation photos; form-check video submissions; trainer-to-athlete and athlete-to-trainer messaging; reviews and feedback you provide to trainer-reviewers; and any other surface where you contribute content, communicate with other users, or interact with the service or its systems.
2. General conduct
Be respectful. Treat trainers, trainer-reviewers, GIGACHAD staff, and other users with basic courtesy. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk, or harm any other person.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive conduct.
- Encourage or facilitate any of the foregoing by another person.
3. Content standards for user-generated content
User-generated content on GIGACHAD includes progress photos, body-fat estimation photos, form-check videos, trainer messages, meal-plan and recipe notes, profile content, and feedback you provide on a form-check review. The following content is prohibited:
Nudity
Do not upload content that depicts exposed genitalia or female nipples. For body-fat estimation photos and form-check videos, shirtless or shorts-only content is permitted (and is typically necessary to demonstrate body composition or movement form). Sports bras are permitted in the same context. Frontal nudity below the waist is prohibited in all contexts. We use the Apple App Store and Google Play standards as our floor and may apply stricter rules at our discretion.
Sexual content
Do not upload, post, or send sexually suggestive content, pornographic content, or sexual commentary. Do not proposition, flirt with, or sexually solicit trainers, trainer-reviewers, GIGACHAD staff, or other users on the platform.
Minors
GIGACHAD is intended for users 18 years of age or older. Do not upload content that depicts a minor (any person under 18). Do not use the service to contact, target, or attempt to contact a minor. Any account that uploads content depicting a minor will be terminated immediately and, where appropriate, reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the equivalent authority in your jurisdiction.
Violence, hate, and harassment
Do not upload, post, or send content that:
- Promotes, glorifies, or threatens violence, terrorism, mass violence, or self-harm (including suicide).
- Promotes or glorifies eating disorders, extreme calorie restriction, purging, or other behaviors associated with clinically diagnosed eating disorders.
- Promotes hatred, discrimination, or harassment based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or any other protected class under applicable law.
Medical, psychological, or therapeutic claims
Do not represent yourself as a licensed medical, psychological, nutritional, dietetic, or therapeutic professional unless you actually hold an active license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction. Do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat any medical or psychological condition through in-app messaging, profile content, or any other GIGACHAD surface. This applies to Trainers as well: see Section 4 below and our Trainer Terms for additional restrictions on Trainer conduct.
Misleading content
Do not upload false, deceptive, or misleading content. This includes false claims about a product, supplement, brand, or service; fabricated workout or body-composition results; and misrepresenting the source of a photo, video, or quote.
Spam, advertising, and solicitation
Do not use in-app messaging or any other surface to send unsolicited marketing, advertising, or solicitations. Trainers and Athletes may not use GIGACHAD's messaging surface to direct other users to off-platform services in a manner that violates the anti-poaching provisions of the Trainer Terms.
Intellectual property infringement
Do not upload content for which you do not hold the necessary rights. Do not infringe any copyright, trademark, trade secret, publicity right, or other intellectual property right. See our DMCA Copyright Policy for how copyright holders may request removal of infringing content.
4. Trainer-specific conduct
Users who designate themselves as Trainers are subject to the additional terms in our Trainer Terms, which includes a Code of Conduct. Key requirements include:
- No harassment, sexual or romantic propositioning, or inappropriate physical-contact requests directed at Athletes or trainer-reviewers.
- No discrimination or harassment of Athletes or other users based on any protected class.
- No body-shaming or weight-shaming language directed at any user.
- No medical, psychological, or therapeutic diagnosis, prescription, or treatment. Refer Athletes to qualified professionals when their needs exceed the scope of fitness coaching.
- No use of GIGACHAD to recruit existing or paired Athletes off the platform in violation of the anti-poaching provisions of the Trainer Terms.
5. System abuse
You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract the source code of the GIGACHAD application or any component of our service, except where applicable law expressly permits.
- Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, crawlers, or any other automated means to access, query, or extract data from the service without our prior written consent.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, server, database, or other component of our infrastructure.
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any security-related feature, rate limit, or access control of the service.
- Use the service in a way that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure, including through denial-of-service attacks or amplification attacks.
- Use the service to develop a competing product or service.
6. Reporting violations
If you encounter content or conduct that violates this AUP, please report it to us. Where an in-app report function is available (for example, on individual form-check reviews, on trainer profiles, or on user messages), use that surface so the report is automatically associated with the relevant content. Otherwise, email security@gigachadapp.com with:
- The username, trainer name, or other identifier of the user you are reporting.
- A description of the specific content or conduct, including in-app location (screen name, exercise slug, message thread) and the approximate date and time you observed it.
- The category of violation (from the list in Section 3).
- Any supporting context (for example, a screenshot, though do not include any content that would itself violate this AUP).
7. Enforcement
We review reported violations and other suspected violations of this AUP. Depending on the severity and the user's prior history, we may take one or more of the following actions:
- Issue a warning to the user.
- Remove or disable access to the offending content.
- Temporarily suspend the user's account.
- Permanently terminate the user's account and any associated Trainer or Trainer-Reviewer status.
- Where required by law, refer the matter to law enforcement or an appropriate authority (for example, NCMEC for content depicting minors).
Repeat or severe violations — including any violation of the Minors, Sexual Content, or Violence and Hate provisions of Section 3 — result in immediate termination without prior warning. We may also forfeit any unused credits or Pro-day balances associated with a terminated account, consistent with our Refund Policy.
8. Appeals
If your account is suspended or terminated, you may appeal that decision by emailing legal@gigachadapp.com from the email address associated with the affected account within 30 days of the action. Include the affected username and a short statement explaining why you believe the action was made in error. We will review the appeal in good faith and respond, typically within 14 days. We reserve the right to make final determinations regarding account status, content removal, and any other enforcement action.
Appeal availability does not apply to terminations made under the Minors provision of Section 3, which are final.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated policy here with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of GIGACHAD after an update means you accept the revised AUP.
